Lines on file

Lines already stored, or the quotes in front of you.

A line appears here only when this exact size has a load index and a speed symbol from the maker’s page, with the day that page was read. A name alone stays off the list. The door placard is the check.

Trims with a dated placard sheet. For any other vehicle, enter what the sticker says.

Which vehicle

Choose a trim already on file, or enter the vehicle and the size on the door placard.

Where you drive

CityPlace already on the menu

Type a city, or choose a place on the menu. A typed city uses the nearest station already read.

Choose where you drive.

How you use the vehicle

None of these is assumed. Pick the one that matches this car.

Choose how you use the vehicle.

Rear size, if the sticker lists a different one

Leave blank when front and rear are the same. One size does not approve both axles.

Required load index

Enter the required load index from the vehicle manufacturer’s specification or owner’s manual. If you cannot find it, ask your tire professional. A door sticker does not always print a load index.

Where that load index came from

Required speed symbol

From the vehicle documentation. Mixed use does not set this.

Where that speed symbol came from

Mark a winter-tire speed exception. This stays off unless you check it, and it does not confirm a local rule.

When will you use these tires?

Another place you drive

Optional. A second place uses the climate record already read for that place.
