No account is required. Decision records are stored in the browser on the device used to create them. Clearing browser data can remove them. Bacenik cannot restore a record held only on that device.

The fields you enter or confirm are used for the record. Bacenik does not add the quote, photo, or decision record to an account profile.

When online photo or document extraction is chosen, the selected content is sent through TireClear’s service to OpenAI to identify text. Do not upload a document or image containing information that should not be shared with that provider. OpenAI’s handling is governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

For a United States recall lookup, brand, line, size, and jurisdiction may be sent to the NHTSA source. The lookup does not require a name. A recall lookup is unavailable for jurisdictions without a configured official provider. Nigeria has no tire-line search on this desk. FRSC publishes vehicle recall reports at https://frsc.gov.ng/documentations/vehicle-recalls/.

Counts, feedback, and payments

Anonymous usage counts may include the page, country code, result, outcome, and a rotating session identifier. They do not include the quote, photo, decision record, name, email address, or payment details. They can be turned off in Passport.

Feedback is stored with the text submitted and may be reviewed by authorized Bacenik staff. Up to the 100 most recent notes are kept. Do not place personal, financial, health, government-ID, or payment information in feedback.

A short technical error report may include the page path, not the quote, photo, decision record, or form text.

If a paid document option is enabled, the payment processor receives the payment information needed to process the transaction. The processor’s own notice governs that information. The decision record remains on the device unless a separate written notice says otherwise.

Choices and requests

Use the Feedback page for a privacy question or request. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. Requests are handled as required by applicable law after identity and scope can be verified.

This notice applies to the TireClear consumer desk in the United States and Nigeria. It will be updated before a material change to the data practices described here takes effect.
