Terms
Rules for using the free TireClear desk.
Scope
These Terms govern use of the TireClear consumer desk, operated by Bacenik. By using it, you agree to them.
A record holds the information entered or confirmed, along with labelled reference data. It is not a tire inspection, engineering certification, recall clearance, warranty, price quote, or instruction to buy, install, drive, or continue using a tire.
Before purchase, installation, or use, confirm size, load, speed, date code, condition, and recalls against the vehicle door placard, owner’s manual, tire manufacturer information, and the official recall source. A qualified fitter must inspect and install the tire.
Use and availability
Do not use the desk for an emergency, a safety-critical decision, or as the only basis for operating a vehicle. Do not submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain another person’s data.
Reference information, recall results, and price bands can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or wrong. A no-match recall result is not proof that no recall exists. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law permits, the free desk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent the law permits, Bacenik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for a tire purchase, installation, vehicle damage, injury, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the free desk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If a court finds a part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. For a question about these Terms or a privacy request, use the Feedback page and do not include payment details, government identifiers, or tire photos unless the request requires them.
